The Fond du Lac Crusaders are dedicated to the following objectives:

4. Create an opportunity for adult men to continue playing the game
5. Instill a team commitment that fosters a lifelong bonds through a mindset that  "No One is More Important than the Team.

THE COACHING STAFF
With well over 60 years of combined coaching experience, the Crusader coaching staff is poised to make the 2011 season a successful season.  The staff has been working hard over the off-season and preseason to put the players in position to be successful.  After a tough 2010 season, the coaches learned what it takes to compete in the tough Iron Man Football League.  Commitment, intelligence, athleticism, aggression and, most of all, team chemistry are the key ingredients to achieving success in the IFL.  Using the lessons learned from 2010, the ingredients are present for 2011 and the team is poised to make a serious run in the IFL.
